PROJECT SCOPE

  • Energy Domain: It aims to reduce the amount of energy consumed for electricity, water, air conditioning, and heating.
  • Environment Domain: Its primary purpose is to organise the workload of the personnel who work for landscaping and cleaning, adjust the working time, and thus increase operational efficiency.
  • Classroom Domain: It aims to improve education quality in a classroom (academic). The quality of education in the classroom is increased by controlling environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and light, which may affect the efficiency of the lesson and break the concentration of students during the lesson.
  • Availability Domain: It aims to reduce the queue in the common areas and the spent time and make usage available by displaying the availability of the common areas preferred by students and personnel on campus.
  • Training Domain: Its purpose is to accelerate the improvement of both personnel and students with training except academic training.
  • Administration Domain: In some cases, it will not be possible to determine problems with sensors or practical for this. In such cases, it is aimed to support the feature of a smart campus with feedbacks from users. 
  • Contact Domain: It aims to accelerate the communication between students and personnel, and them with each other and make it smart.
  • Real-Time Data Analytics, Monitoring, Reporting, Performance Measurement Domain: The works performed in the previous two stages will enable collecting a large amount of data. It is necessary to extract meaningful information from the mass of data and process these data and information to use decision support systems. It is planned to be the centre of the third and last stage of the project and have the principle of a web-based operation.
